Return Policy

Our merchandise return policy lasts thirty (30) days. If more than thirty (30) days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It also must be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

There are certain situations where no refunds or exchanges will be granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, i.e., it is damaged or missing parts, for reasons not due to our error (including the manufacturer’s or the shipper’s error) will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Any claim submitted more than thirty (30) days after you receive your item will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. See “Return Process” below for additional details.
  • We will only exchange items if the original item is defective or damaged.
Refunds and Exchanges

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your refund or exchange request is approved, then either: (i) your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit or debit card; or (ii) a replacement item will be shipped to you in exchange for the original item (in which case, you will incur shipping costs).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first you should check your credit card or debit card account again. Then contact your credit card company (if you paid by credit card) or your bank (if you paid by debit card), as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Purchases of sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a new item in exchange for the original, the cost of shipping it to you will be charged to your original form of payment.

If you request a replacement item, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Return Process:
  1. Customer must submit a claim within thirty (30) days of receiving the product, using the contact form on the online store.
  2. Ashley Madison will assess the validity of the claim.
  3. If it is valid, Ashley Madison will provide instructions to the customer about how to ship the product directly to the manufacturer (the location will vary depending on the customer’s location).
  4. After the item has been received, Ashley Madison will refund the customer (unless the customer has requested an exchange, in which case the manufacturer shall ship a new item, and the shipping cost for such item shall be charged to the customer’s original form of payment).
